Because so many of our pieces are exclusive and limited, we handle returns with care and a focus on exchanges and store credit.

Exchanges & Store Credit

You may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Damaged or Wrong Item

In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item, please share a clear unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Final Sale Items

Made-to-order, customised, altered, or blouse-stitched pieces, and items purchased on sale or with a discount code, are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp or email our team with your order number within 7 days of delivery, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Note: sarees and delicate embellished pieces must be returned undraped and unworn, in original condition.
